Over 125,000 still without water in border town of Laredo, Texas

Half of the population of the South Texas border city of Laredo are in their fourth day without water after a major water main broke over the holiday weekend. The city, which is across from Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, relies entirely upon the Rio Grande for its drinking water.
