On a preview for tonight's episode of E! reality series Botched, Penny asks Los Angeles-based surgeons Dr Terry Dubrow and Dr Paul Nassif if they can remove the scarring from her massive breasts.
Penny also believes there is nothing wrong with the practice which has been labeled dangerous and unhealthy.
