Following the award of a   Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) in October 2021 for the new Wear footbridge, VolkerStevin has been working in collaboration with Sunderland City Council (SCC) to undertake the design of this pivotal structure as part of the Riverside Sunderland Masterplan.
