The AM Techflex has a new luminous look along with a new quad rear template. The quad rear template is modeled after the rear of the Bobby Quad which is an upright fin with a fuller beak tip allowing for more maneuverability without sacrificing drive through turns. The AM1 and AM2 Techflex will be available as a thruster and a 5-fin, so your performance quiver will be fully dialed.
The AM2 Techflex, designed by legendary shaper Al Merrick of Channel Island Surfboards, is a large sized thruster in the Rake template category. This template features a wide base and refined tip, for the perfect combination of release and drive. The Techflex construction with the flat foil give this fin a stable feel giving it the speed control desired in powerful waves. This setup has a smaller center fin than the side fins for increased maneuverability.
