Buenos Aires police officers inspect the damage to a branch of the BBVA-Banco Francés 16 April after a bomb exploded at the site. A group calling itself "Comando Malvinas Argentinas" claimed reponsibility for the attack, according to a communique sent to AFP. The text indicated the attack was in protest to the war on Iraq, accusing the US, Spain and Great Britain of imperialist goals.
