Count me in as one of 'em—every so often I'll pop by the Manhattan store at Herald Square to see what's new and scope out the designer collections by Nicole Miller and Charlotte Ronson. This morning, WWD reports that JCP has inked a long-term deal with Nanette Lepore to create a juniors' line. Yay! I can't wait to check out Nanette Lepore at JCPenney prices (starting next year).
