We devised the Persian Lime Curry, an unconventional blend, to feature some of Persian cuisine's most distinct flavors in one delicious rub. With notes of dried lime (omani black lemon), fenugreek, shallots and ginger, this works great on chicken, lamb or grilled vegetables. The Shichimi Togarashi is a lovely blend of hot, citrus, sea, and nutty flavors. You can spice up udon or ramen soups, rice, sushi, and grilled meats like chicken yakitori. Medium-hot. Also try it as a marinade with soy, vinegar and scallions. Flakes of Nori seaweed accentuate the flavors of sesame seeds, chili flakes and other spices. Our take on lemon pepper, the Poivre a la Mode will zest up chicken, vegetables, soft cheese, or just about any dish. Lemon zest and amchoor powder provide a delightful tartness, and green onion and coriander add savory notes. A versatile blend with many incarnations, Za'atar can be used as a simple condiment with olive oil for dipping bread or baked on flat bread. It features the tartness of sumac and the nutty flavor of sesame seeds. Try on yogurt, hummus, salads and more.
